YOU MUST AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE (“WAIVER”) AND EXECUTE THIS DOCUMENT IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE Future Stars Fest at Evanston Township High School (“Event”).

By voluntarily attending and participating in the Event, on October 11, 2026, I hereby appreciate and agree as follows:
1. I, on behalf of myself, my assigns, and/or my minor child/ward (if applicable) (“Participant”), acknowledge and fully understand that natural and manmade
obstacles or hazards and surface and environmental conditions may be present at/on Evanston Township High School (the “Venue”) during
the Event and each may carry a significant risk of personal injury to me, or my assigns, and/or damage to my property. I recognize that Chicago Star
FC, LLC (th e “Company”) cannot g uarantee th e absence o f th e risk o f injury d uring th e Event. At all times when on or around the Venue, I agree to
take an active role in identifying and accepting those risks, conditions, obstacles and hazards associated with participation in the Event. Furthermore,
I understand that my participation in the Event may involve interactions with other individuals, and handling of various materials, each of which may
increase the likelihood of injury or transmission of infection disease, including without limitation COVID-19. I understand and agree I will not enter the
Venue if I am exhibiting symptoms of illness or have been in known contact with an individual known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19
unless I have received permission from an informed medical professional. I acknowledge I am not required to undertake or participate in the Event—
I have freely and voluntarily elected to do so and am choosing to participate in the Event at my own risk. I represent that I understand the nature of
the activities associated with the Event and I warrant that I am in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in the Event. For myself,
my assigns, and my minor child/ward (if applicable) , I understand, accept and assume all risks incidental, inherent and relating to the
Event, including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by or in connection with Event participation, travel to and/or from Event,
being infected with COVID-19, and without limitation all risks and danger inherent in the sport of soccer and all warm-ups, practices and
competition associated with soccer, including specifically (but not exclusively) the danger of being injured by kicked or thrown balls;
contact or collisions with Event participants or staff; any other incidents or accidents associated with crowds of people or the negligence
or misconduct of others; property loss or damage; or use of or participation in any attractions, activities or events at the Venue. I
acknowledge that if I believe Event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the Event. I fully understand, accept, and
ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I, or any third parties incur as a result of my participation in the
Event. For the avoidance of doubt, the Event and this Waiver includes any Company -provided transportation to and from the Venue.
2. I represent I have medical health insurance to cover any injuries sustained as a result of participation in the Event. I author ize the Company to secure
medical or emergency treatment, at my sole cost, should Company determine, at its sole discretion, that such treatment may be necessary. I
understand that I am not covered by Company’s health and/or medical policies and I am solely responsible for any and all expenses incurred in
connection with such medical or emergency treatment.
3. I, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, ADMINISTRATORS, EXECUTORS, LEGAL AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND
NEXT OF KIN, AND ANY OTHER PERSON WHO OBTAINS ANY RIGHTS FROM ME, HEREBY FOREVER RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE,
SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE COMPANY, THE NATIONAL WOMEN’S SOCCER LEAGUE, LLC, AND
EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OFFICERS,
MEMBERS, PARTNERS, MANAGERS, PLAYERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICIALS, PLAYERS, REPRESENTATIVES, OTHER
PARTICIPANTS, AND ANY SPONSORS OR ADVERTISERS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”),
FROM ALL PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE CLAIMS OR ALLEGATIONS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN,
AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BODILY INJURY, INFECTION, OR DEATH, WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPATING AT THE EVENT, ANY
PROMOTION OR PUBLICITY ABOUT THE EVENT, AND/OR ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, INFECTION, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE
TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, OTHER EVENT
PARTICIPANTS OR OTHERWISE.
4. I understand Company may, at its sole discretion, change the venue of Event, reschedule, or cancel the Event for any reason, including, but not
limited to, due to unsafe or severe weather conditions. In the event the Company changes the venue of Event or reschedules the Event, I agree that
this Waiver will remain effective for any such modified Event that occurs within thirty (30) days of the original Event date(s).
5. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of Company and Venue. I understand that the Company has the right to remove me or anyone in my
immediate party, as applicable, from the Venue at any time and for any reason in the Comp an y’s sole and absolute discretion.
6. I understand and agree the Event is for the sole purpose of my personal enjoyment. Any pictures or photographs that I take shall be used solely for
my private, non-commercial use. No sale, transmission, distribution or commercial use may be made of the pictures, descriptions or use of the Event.
7. I hereby grant to the Released Parties and their respective designees the irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable and assignable right
to depict, without any additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, and in perpetuity, in any and all media n ow or hereafter
kn own, my likeness, image, n ame, wo rds, voice, actions an d/or biographical in formation (collectively, “ Images”) in p hotographic, video or audio
recordings or other works for purposes of promoting, advertising, or marketing current or future events related to Company, any of the Released
Parties or the Event, and I agree that such Images may be used by any Released Party for all such purposes. In addition, in connection with use of
the Images, I hereby release and waive an action of cause of action that I (or anyone acting on my behalf) may assert in connection with the use of
the Images including, but not limited to, any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, violation of any right of publicity, or any other cause of action
arising out of the production, reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, public performance, broadcast, or exhibition of advertisements,
promotions, content, programs and/or materials in which the Images appear.
8. I, my heirs, assigns, administrators, executors, legal and personal representatives, and next of kin will not make any claim or take any actions or
proceedings of any type in respect to any matter referred to in this release against any of the Released Parties or against any other person,
corporation, firm or government authority who or which might claim contribution, indemnity or relief from or over the Company.
9. I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD RELEASED PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST
(INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) (COLLECTIVELY, “COSTS”) ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT WHETHER CAUSED BY
THE RELEASED PARTIES’ NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
10. I have read this Waiver, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, have signed it freely and without any inducement or the
assurance of any nature and intend it be a complete and unconditional release of all liability, damage or Costs that may incur due to my attendance
at the Venue or participation of the Event to the greatest extent allowed by law.
11. I expressly agree this Waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Illinois, and this Waiver shall be
governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois (excluding choice of law provisions). I agree in the event that any
clause or provision of this Waiver shall be held to be invalid to any extent by any court of competent jurisdiction, I shall endeavor in good faith with
the Company to agree to such amendments that will preserve, as far as possible, the intentions expressed in this Waiver. If the Company and I fail
to agree on such an amendment, the conditions and provisions of the Waiver shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the greatest extent
permitted by law. Any action related to this Waiver or its terms may be brought only in a federal or state court sitting in Chicago, Illinois. No such
action may be brought as a class action.

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE WITH THE Chicago Stars Matchday Clinic at Northwestern Medicine Field at Martin Stadium (“Event”).

By voluntarily attending and participating in the Event, on October 4, 2026 I hereby appreciate and agree as follows:
1. I, on behalf of myself, my assigns, and/or my minor child/ward (if applicable) (“Participant”), acknowledge and fully understand that natural and manmade
obstacles or hazards and surface and environmental conditions may be present at/on Martin Stadium (th e “Venue”) d uring th e Event and each
may carry a significant risk of personal injury to me, or my assigns, and/or damage to my property. I recognize that Chicago Star FC, LLC (the
“Company”) cannot g uarantee th e absence o f th e risk o f injury d uring th e Event. At all times when on or around the Venue, I agree to take an active
role in identifying and accepting those risks, conditions, obstacles and hazards associated with participation in the Event. Furthermore, I understand
that my participation in the Event may involve interactions with other individuals, and handling of various materials, each o f which may increase the
likelihood of injury or transmission of infection disease, including without limitation COVID-19. I understand and agree I will not enter the Venue if I
am exhibiting symptoms of illness or have been in known contact with an individual known or suspected to be infected with COVID-19 unless I have
received permission from an informed medical professional. I acknowledge I am not required to undertake or participate in the Event—I have freely

EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, OFFICERS,
MEMBERS, PARTNERS, MANAGERS, PLAYERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICIALS, PLAYERS, REPRESENTATIVES, OTHER
PARTICIPANTS, AND ANY SPONSORS OR ADVERTISERS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”),
FROM ALL PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE CLAIMS OR ALLEGATIONS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN,
AND INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BODILY INJURY, INFECTION, OR DEATH, WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPATING AT THE EVENT, ANY
PROMOTION OR PUBLICITY ABOUT THE EVENT, AND/OR ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, INFECTION, DEATH, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE
TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, OTHER EVENT
PARTICIPANTS OR OTHERWISE.

Al asistir y participar voluntariamente en el Evento, el 11 de octubre, 2026, por la presente acepto y estoy de acuerdo con lo siguiente:

plenamente que pueden existir obstáculos o peligros naturales y artificiales, así como condiciones ambientales y de superficie, en Lazier Field at
Evanston Township High School (el «Recinto») durante el Evento, y que cada uno de ellos puede suponer un riesgo significativo de lesiones
personales para mí o mis cesionarios, y/o daños a mi propiedad. Reconozco que Chicago Star FC, LLC (la «Empresa») no puede garantizar la
ausencia de riesgo de lesiones durante el Evento. En todo momento, mientras me encuentre en el Recinto o en sus alrededores, acepto asumir un
papel activo en la identificación y aceptación de los riesgos, condiciones, obstáculos y peligros asociados con la participación en el Evento. Además,
entiendo que mi participación en el Evento puede implicar la interacción con otras personas y el manejo de diversos materiales, lo que puede
aumentar la probabilidad de sufrir lesiones o contraer enfermedades infecciosas, incluyendo, entre otras, la COVID-19. Entiendo y acepto que no
entraré en el Recinto si presento síntomas de enfermedad o he estado en contacto con una persona que se sabe o se sospecha que está infectada
con COVID-19, a menos que haya recibido el permiso de un profesional médico informado. Reconozco que no estoy obligado a participar en el
Evento, sino que lo he elegido libre y voluntariamente y decido participar en el Evento bajo mi propia responsabilidad. Declaro que comprendo la
naturaleza de las actividades asociadas al Evento y garantizo que gozo de buena salud y estoy en condiciones físicas adecuadas para participar en

los participantes o el personal del Evento; cualquier otro incidente o accidente asociado con multitudes de personas o la negligencia o
mala conducta de otros; la pérdida o el daño de bienes; o el uso o la participación en cualquier atracción, actividad o evento en el Recinto.

3. YO, EN MI NOMBRE, EN EL DE MIS HEREDEROS, CESIONARIOS, ADMINISTRADORES, EJECUTORES, REPRESENTANTES LEGALES Y
PERSONALES, FAMILIARES MÁS CERCANOS Y CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA QUE OBTENGA DERECHOS DE MÍ, POR LA PRESENTE
LIBERO, RENUNCIO Y EXONERO DE RESPONSABILIDAD, SALVO Y EXIMIR DE RESPONSABILIDAD, Y ME COMPROMETO A NO
DEMANDAR A LA EMPRESA, A LA NATIONAL WOMEN'S SOCCER LEAGUE, LLC, Y A CADA UNA DE SUS RESPECTIVAS EMPRESAS
MATRICES, SUBSIDIARIAS, AFILIADAS, SOCIOS, SUCESORES, CESIONARIOS, FUNCIONARIOS, MIEMBROS, SOCIOS, GERENTES,
JUGADORES, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, AGENTES, OFICIALES, JUGADORES, REPRESENTANTES, OTROS PARTICIPANTES Y
CUALQUIER PATROCINADOR O ANUNCIANTE DE CUALQUIERA DE LOS ANTERIORES (COLECTIVAMENTE, LAS «PARTES
EXONERADAS»), DE TODAS LAS RECLAMACIONES O ALEGACIONES PASADAS, PRESENTES Y FUTURAS DE CUALQUIER NATURALEZA,
YA SEAN CONOCIDAS O DESCONOCIDAS, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LESIONES FÍSICAS, INFECCIONES O MUERTE, EN RELACIÓN
CON LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL EVENTO, CUALQUIER PROMOCIÓN O PUBLICIDAD SOBRE EL EVENTO, Y/O CUALQUIER LESIÓN,
DISCAPACIDAD, INFECCIÓN, MUERTE O PÉRDIDA O DAÑO A PERSONAS O BIENES, YA SEA CAUSADO POR LA NEGLIGENCIA DE
CUALQUIERA DE LAS PARTES EXONERADAS, OTROS PARTICIPANTES EN EL EVENTO O DE OTRO MODO.
4. Entiendo que la Empresa puede, a su entera discreción, cambiar el lugar del Evento, reprogramarlo o cancelarlo por cualquier motivo, incluyendo,
entre otros, condiciones meteorológicas inseguras o adversas. En caso de que la Empresa cambie el lugar del Evento o lo reprograme, acepto que
esta Renuncia seguirá siendo efectiva para cualquier Evento modificado que tenga lugar dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha original

persona de mi grupo, según corresponda, del Recinto en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo, a su entera y absoluta discreción.
6. Entiendo y acepto que el evento tiene como único propósito mi disfrute personal. Cualquier imagen o fotografía que tome se utilizará únicamente
para mi uso privado y no comercial. No se podrá realizar ninguna venta, transmisión, distribución o uso comercial de las imágenes, descripciones o
uso del evento.
7. Por la presente, concedo a las Partes exoneradas y a sus respectivos designados el derecho irrevocable, no exclusivo, transferible, sublicenciable
y asignable de representar, sin ninguna compensación o contraprestación adicional, notificación o permiso, y a perpetuidad, en todos y cada uno de
los medios de comunicación conocidos ahora o en el futuro, mi imagen, nombre, palabras, voz, acciones y/o información biográf ica (en conjunto,
«Imágenes») en grabaciones fotográficas, de vídeo o de audio u otras obras con fines de promoción, publicidad o comercialización de eventos
actuales o futuros relacionados con la Empresa, cualquiera de las Partes exoneradas o el Evento, y acepto que dichas Imágenes puedan ser
utilizadas por cualquier Parte exonerada para todos esos fines. Además, en relación con el uso de las Imágenes, por la presente libero y renuncio a
cualquier acción o causa de acción que yo (o cualquier persona que actúe en mi nombre) pueda hacer valer en relación con el uso de las Imágenes,
incluyendo, entre otras, cualquier reclamación por invasión de la privacidad, difamación, violación de cualquier derecho de p ublicidad o cualquier
otra causa de acción que surja de la producción, reproducción, distribución, transmisión, publicación, representación pública, emisión o exhibición
de anuncios, promociones, contenidos, programas y/o materiales en los que aparezcan las Imágenes.
8. Yo, mis herederos, cesionarios, administradores, albaceas, representantes legales y personales, y familiares más cercanos no presentaremos
ninguna reclamación ni emprenderemos ninguna acción o procedimiento de ningún tipo en relación con cualquier asunto mencionado en esta
exención contra cualquiera de las Partes exoneradas o contra cualquier otra persona, corporación, empresa o autoridad gubernamental que pueda
reclamar una contribución, indemnización o compensación a la Empresa.
9. POR LA PRESENTE, ACEPTO INDEMNIZAR Y EXIMIR DE RESPONSABILIDAD A LAS PARTES EXONERADAS POR CUALQUIER PÉRDIDA,
RESPONSABILIDAD, DAÑO O COSTE (INCLUIDOS LOS HONORARIOS DE ABOGADOS) (EN CONJUNTO, «COSTES») QUE SURJAN DE MI
PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL EVENTO, YA SEAN CAUSADOS POR NEGLIGENCIA DE LAS PARTES EXONERADAS O POR CUALQUIER OTRA
CAUSA.
10. He leído esta Renuncia, entiendo que al firmarla renuncio a derechos sustanciales, la he firmado libremente y sin ningún tipo de incentivo o garantía,
y pretendo que sea una exención completa e incondicional de toda responsabilidad, daño o Costes en los que pueda incurrir debido a mi asistencia
al Recinto o participación en el Evento, en la medida en que lo permita la ley.
11. Acepto expresamente que esta Renuncia tiene por objeto ser tan amplia e inclusiva como lo permita la legislación del estado d e Illinois, y que esta
Renuncia se regirá e interpretará de conformidad con la legislación del estado de Illinois (excluyendo las disposiciones sobre elección de la legislación
aplicable). Acepto que, en caso de que cualquier cláusula o disposición de esta Renuncia sea considerada inválida en cualquier medida por cualquier
tribunal de jurisdicción competente, me esforzaré de buena fe con la Empresa para acordar las modificaciones que preserven, en la medida de lo
posible, las intenciones expresadas en esta Renuncia. Si la Empresa y yo no llegamos a un acuerdo sobre dicha modificación, las condiciones y
disposiciones de la Renuncia seguirán siendo válidas y aplicables en la medida en que lo permita la ley. Cualquier acción relacionada con esta
Renuncia o sus términos solo podrá interponerse ante un tribunal federal o estatal con sede en Chicago, Illinois. No se podrá interponer ninguna
acción de este tipo como demanda colectiva.

DEBE ACEPTAR LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTA RENUNCIA Y EXENCIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD («RENUNCIA») Y FIRMAR ESTE DOCUMENTO PARA PODER PARTICIPAR EN EL Matchday Clinic EN Martin Stadium («Evento»).

Al asistir y participar voluntariamente en el Evento, el 4 de octubre, 2026, por la presente acepto y estoy de acuerdo con lo siguiente:
1. Yo, en mi nombre, en el de mis cesionarios y/o en el de mi hijo menor de edad/pupilo (si procede) («Participante»), reconozco y comprendo
plenamente que pueden existir obstáculos o peligros naturales y artificiales, así como condiciones ambientales y de superficie, en Martin Stadium
(el «Recinto») durante el Evento, y que cada uno de ellos puede suponer un riesgo significativo de lesiones personales para mí o mis cesionarios,
y/o daños a mi propiedad. Reconozco que Chicago Star FC, LLC (la «Empresa») no puede garantizar la ausencia de riesgo de lesiones durante el
Evento. En todo momento, mientras me encuentre en el Recinto o en sus alrededores, acepto asumir un papel activo en la identificación y aceptación
de los riesgos, condiciones, obstáculos y peligros asociados con la participación en el Evento. Además, entiendo que mi participación en el Evento
puede implicar la interacción con otras personas y el manejo de diversos materiales, lo que puede aumentar la probabilidad de sufrir lesiones o
contraer enfermedades infecciosas, incluyendo, entre otras, la COVID-19. Entiendo y acepto que no entraré en el Recinto si presento síntomas de
enfermedad o he estado en contacto con una persona que se sabe o se sospecha que está infectada con COVID-19, a menos que haya recibido el
permiso de un profesional médico informado. Reconozco que no estoy obligado a participar en el Evento, sino que lo he elegido libre y
voluntariamente y decido participar en el Evento bajo mi propia responsabilidad. Declaro que comprendo la naturaleza de las actividades asociadas
al Evento y garantizo que gozo de buena salud y estoy en condiciones físicas adecuadas para participar en el Evento. En mi nombre, en el de mis
cesionarios y en el de mi hijo menor de edad/pupilo (si procede) , entiendo, acepto y asumo todos los riesgos incidentales, inherentes y
relacionados con el Evento, incluyendo, entre otros, el peligro de sufrir lesiones por o en relación con la participación en el Evento, el
desplazamiento hacia y/o desde el Evento, el contagio de COVID-19 y, sin limitación, todos los riesgos y peligros inherentes al deporte
del fútbol y a todos los calentamientos, entrenamientos y competiciones asociados al fútbol, incluyendo específicamente (pero no
exclusivamente) el peligro de sufrir lesiones por balones lanzados o pateados; el contacto o las colisiones con los participantes o el
personal del Evento; cualquier otro incidente o accidente asociado con multitudes de personas o la negligencia o mala conducta de otros;
la pérdida o el daño de bienes; o el uso o la participación en cualquier atracción, actividad o evento en el Recinto. Reconozco que, si
considero que las condiciones del evento son inseguras, dejaré de participar en él inmediatamente. Entiendo y acepto plenamente y ASUMO TODOS
LOS RIESGOS y toda la responsabilidad por las pérdidas, los costes y los daños en los que yo o cualquier tercero incurramos c omo resultado de
mi participación en el evento. Para evitar dudas, el Evento y esta Exención de Responsabilidad incluyen cualquier transporte proporcionado por la
Compañía hacia y desde el Lugar.
2. Declaro que dispongo de un seguro médico que cubre cualquier lesión sufrida como consecuencia de mi participación en el Evento. Autorizo a la
Empresa a solicitar tratamiento médico o de urgencia, corriendo los gastos a mi cargo, en caso de que la Empresa determine, a su entera discreción,
que dicho tratamiento es necesario. Entiendo que no estoy cubierto por las pólizas médicas y/o de salud de la Empresa y que soy el único responsable
de todos los gastos derivados de dicho tratamiento médico o de urgencia.
3. YO, EN MI NOMBRE, EN EL DE MIS HEREDEROS, CESIONARIOS, ADMINISTRADORES, EJECUTORES, REPRESENTANTES LEGALES Y
PERSONALES, FAMILIARES MÁS CERCANOS Y CUALQUIER OTRA PERSONA QUE OBTENGA DERECHOS DE MÍ, POR LA PRESENTE
LIBERO, RENUNCIO Y EXONERO DE RESPONSABILIDAD, SALVO Y EXIMIR DE RESPONSABILIDAD, Y ME COMPROMETO A NO
DEMANDAR A LA EMPRESA, A LA NATIONAL WOMEN'S SOCCER LEAGUE, LLC, Y A CADA UNA DE SUS RESPECTIVAS EMPRESAS
MATRICES, SUBSIDIARIAS, AFILIADAS, SOCIOS, SUCESORES, CESIONARIOS, FUNCIONARIOS, MIEMBROS, SOCIOS, GERENTES,
JUGADORES, DIRECTORES, EMPLEADOS, AGENTES, OFICIALES, JUGADORES, REPRESENTANTES, OTROS PARTICIPANTES Y
CUALQUIER PATROCINADOR O ANUNCIANTE DE CUALQUIERA DE LOS ANTERIORES (COLECTIVAMENTE, LAS «PARTES
EXONERADAS»), DE TODAS LAS RECLAMACIONES O ALEGACIONES PASADAS, PRESENTES Y FUTURAS DE CUALQUIER NATURALEZA,
YA SEAN CONOCIDAS O DESCONOCIDAS, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LESIONES FÍSICAS, INFECCIONES O MUERTE, EN RELACIÓN
CON LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN EL EVENTO, CUALQUIER PROMOCIÓN O PUBLICIDAD SOBRE EL EVENTO, Y/O CUALQUIER LESIÓN,
DISCAPACIDAD, INFECCIÓN, MUERTE O PÉRDIDA O DAÑO A PERSONAS O BIENES, YA SEA CAUSADO POR LA NEGLIGENCIA DE
CUALQUIERA DE LAS PARTES EXONERADAS, OTROS PARTICIPANTES EN EL EVENTO O DE OTRO MODO.
4. Entiendo que la Empresa puede, a su entera discreción, cambiar el lugar del Evento, reprogramarlo o cancelarlo por cualquier motivo, incluyendo,
entre otros, condiciones meteorológicas inseguras o adversas. En caso de que la Empresa cambie el lugar del Evento o lo reprograme, acepto que
esta Renuncia seguirá siendo efectiva para cualquier Evento modificado que tenga lugar dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha original
del Evento.
5. Acepto cumplir todas las normas y reglamentos de la Empresa y del Recinto. Entiendo que la Empresa tiene derecho a expulsarme a mí o a cualquier
persona de mi grupo, según corresponda, del Recinto en cualquier momento y por cualquier motivo, a su entera y absoluta discreción.

understanding of its contents. I declare I have given this Waiver of my own free will, and this Waiver binds myself, my child/ward and their heirs,
assigns, administrators, executors, legal and personal representatives, and next of kin. I warrant that I am 18 years of age or older and have full
authority to sign. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any Costs arising from any claims brought by my
minor child/ward or their representatives.

las Partes exoneradas por cualquier coste que se derive de cualquier reclamación presentada por mi hijo menor de edad/pupilo o sus
representantes.
